My sister-in-law Angela came to visit us in California after Christmas 2009, we really enjoy having company. We took her to see the Giant Redwoodsin Northern California.
An uprooted tree that David and I visited earlier in the year, we wanted the kids to see if for themselves.The kids found a tree that had bee cut and decided to climb the stump.
They all made it up and were very proud of themselves.
A tree that was hollow, no one really wanted to go in.

Hey my friend, I so enjoyed your update. Makes me miss our home in CA. Such beautiful pics! We are looking forward to a visit to the majestic Redwoods one day.
